Pinstripes combines made-from-scratch Italian-American food, wine, bowling and bocce, and will soon open its doors at Fort Worth’s development, The Shops at Clearfork, a news release said. This location will be the first Pinstripes to open in Texas, with a Houston opening to follow later this year.
The two-story, 30,000-square-foot venue will feature 12 bowling lanes, 6 bocce courts, an open concept kitchen, a curated wine cellar and a rotating menu of craft beers. Pinstripes Fort Worth also aims to offer a dynamic event space for groups of 20-600 along with an expansive outdoor patio.
“Our mission is to create an environment where our guests feel welcome and can connect with the ones that matter most,” Pinstripes Founder/CEO Dale Schwartz said in the release. “The Pinstripes team is looking forward to making memories and celebrating special occasions, both large and small, with our Fort Worth neighbors.”
Pinstripes Fort Worth is the brand’s ninth location nationally, as the company has four locations in its hometown Chicago market, as well as locations in Kansas, Washington, D.C., Minnesota and Maryland.
Additional openings planned for 2018 include Cleveland, Ohio and Houston, Texas. The company says it strives to have every location offer a distinctive combination of dining and gaming, with each layout tailored to reflect the local community.
“Pinstripes is a unique concept that brings a new, lively, dining and entertainment experience to the Fort Worth area,” Kathleen Shields — senior vice president of Development at Simon, co-developer of The Shops at Clearfork, in partnership with Cassco Development Co — said in the release. “This will be one of many exciting offerings at The Shops at Clearfork that will appeal to groups of all ages.”
Located at 5001 Trailhead Bend Way, Pinstripes Fort Worth will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. For more information: pinstripes.com/fort-worth-texas.
