Fort Worth’s newest summer series brings music and art together

The Foundry District is launching Thursday on the Rocks, a summer concert series featuring local talent, arts & crafts, and ice-cold adult beverages from 8-10 p.m. every other Thursday beginning June 7 in the yard and Inspiration Alley.

A news release explained that picnic tables will be lined with arts & crafts so one can exercise their creative muscles while sipping cold brews and enjoying rock n’ roll.

Thursday on the Rocks at The Foundry District is bringing art and music together to create an interactive night for locals celebrating locals. The events are for those 18 and older and cost $7 at the door.

This interactive concert series will have local shopping vendors lined throughout Inspiration Alley and will offer beer, wine, and specialty cocktail cash bars. Each night will feature a local acoustic opener and headliner, allowing bands to showcase their talent in a Fort Worth-centric environment, the release explained.
