From food truck to two restaurant locations as well as catering services, Heim Barbecue has cooked up the route to success.

Travis and Emma Heim will begin serving their famed farm-to-smoker menu at their newest location in Fort Worth’s River District on Tuesday, April 16.

Heim Barbecue’s second location (nicknamed “Heim on the River”) will cook up more barbecue than its original location at Fort Worth’s historic Magnolia Avenue. Designed by Emma Heim and Coeval Studio, the space offers ample seating and parking, a full-service bar, covered patio and a soon-to-be outdoor beer garden.

Heim’s menu includes signature items like the Bacon Burnt Ends, Prime Brisket, Twice Baked Potato Salad and the HEIMBurger, alongside a few new additions—including new Sausages made in-house, Brisket or Pulled Pork Tacos with Homemade Brisket-Fat Tortillas, as well as Seasonal Cobbler and Hand Pies.

As for beverages, Heim’s full-service bar offers a variety of thirst-quenching drinks with its new cocktail menu and signature shots—from the Local Breakfast Boilmaker to Tito’s Handmade Vodka and TX Whiskey on tap. Heim on the River also serves 24 beers on draft, as well as a variety of red and white wines.

Additional details fall below for easy reference.
