Kansas and Starship to perform for Levitt’s annual benefit concert

This weekend, classic rock bands Kansas and Starship will perform at Arlington’s Levitt Pavilion annual benefit concert at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 23.

The benefit concert is being presented by Texas Health/Arlington Memorial Hospital. Tickets are $45 for general admission and $185 for VIP tickets, which include a reserved parking area, pre-concert party, dessert at intermission, silent auction and reserved seats in the VIP section.

Kansas is best-known for its two gold single hits, “Carry On My Wayward Son” and “Dust in the Wind,” while Starship is remembered for its ’80s and ’90s hits “Jane,” “No Way Out,” “We Built This City,” “Find Your Way Back” and “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now.”

Proceeds from Levitt Pavilion’s annual benefit concert help fund more than 50 free concerts a year for the community.
