If you love amping up your dessert game, this is the class for you!
“You’ll learn techniques for everything from mixing cookie dough and cooking custard to creating an impossibly creamy gelato,” the website reads. “Plus, you’ll practice a few cake decorating skills and try your hand at making candied orange peels.”
Sur La Table’s Southern Italian Desserts class costs $75 per person and will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 10.
