Music Art Drinks Eats event at Stage West set for July 7

M.A.D.E. (Music. Art. Drinks. Eats.): A Community Indoor Festival Event

The annual M.A.D.E festival will take place July 7 in Stage West Theatre at 821-823 W. Vickery Blvd.

This year marks the sixth year of the community indoor festival.

The event will feature local music, arts and crafts, drinks and food.

More than 25 artists and artisans are participating in the event.

Stage West Theatre received an economic development grant provided by Texas Commission on the Arts that is partly funding the July 7 event. The grant promotes economic growth and development in local areas.

Here’s a list of some of the offerings at M.A.D.E:

Music/Entertainment: Live music by Glenda and John Walker, Victor Andrada, Jordan Cleaver and more.

Arts: Artists from across the area will gather to sell prints and originals of their paintings, photographs, jewelry and more. Participating artists include Bug and Mowl, Catherine Snow, Danette’s Urban Oasis, Debbie Ezmerlian, Denice Acebo, Designs by Delana, Eureka Artisan, Ina Crow Paper Jewelry, Jay Gardner, J Grumbling Jewelry, Kiting Creations, Letter Lounge, Linda Neubauer Pottery, Not By Sight Illustrations, Not Just Canvas, Plant-Artica, Roger Kaiser Crafty Guy, Ruby Bellows Tin Type, Samantha Sanders, Shanna Steele, Shiny Penny, Silversmith Works, Sugar Momma Scrubs, Threads By Amor, Tucker Ink FW, TxWeaver, wildtoad toffee, and more.

Drink: Martin House, Collective Brewing Company, Panther Island, Locust Ciders, Funky Picnic, Leaves Tea and Books, Hop Fusion, and more.

Additional drinks will be available for purchase through Stage West’s cafe/bar.

Eats: Generous samples from Gus’s Fried Chicken, Three Danes Bakery, Poke-Poke, Paco’s, the Stage West Lobby Cafe, and more.

Pricing:

PAY WHAT YOU CAN; suggested $10; $5 minimum when using a card.

All proceeds benefit Stage West, a 501(c)3 organization.
