Holiday on the Lake

Cruisers, pontoons, sailboats and runabouts will all be decked out in Christmas lights for the 2016 Parade of Lights on Eagle Mountain Lake Saturday, Dec. 3, beginning at dusk.

The Fort Worth Boat Club will host this year’s parade starting at the Club, 10,000 Boat Club Road, and proceeding counter-clockwise north past the power plant, west past Pelican Island, south along the Azle shoreline, towards Eagle Mountain Marina, Twin Points, Carter Slough and back to the Boat Club.

The Club will be open to the public for the event with visitors invited to bring blankets and grab a spot on the lawn.

Entrance is free with drinks and a Mexican Buffet dinner available for sale (Adults, $16, Kids 10 and under $10, Kids 5 and under free). No outside food or beverage allowed.

Prizes will be given for best motorboat, best sailboat, best costume and Ugliest Christmas sweater.

In case of inclement weather, the parade will be held Sunday, Dec. 4.
