Salata Salad Kitchen opens in Mansfield

Salata

Salata Salad Kitchen, a Houston-based healthy fast-casual restaurant chain, has opened a new restaurant in South Mansfield.

The new Salata offers fully customizable, tossed-to-order salads and wraps, soups, organic teas and lemonades. All fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins will be chopped daily in-house. With five salad bases, more than 50 toppings, 10 house-made, gluten-free dressings, and no restrictions on number of toppings or weight of food, guests can create meals to satisfy any dietary needs and preferences.

Additionally, the new restaurant will feature a custom-designed wine tap, offering rosé, chardonnay and pinot noir selections for purchase by guests 21 and over. It will be the first Salata wine tap in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the second across all Salata locations.

To show its commitment to the local community, Salata donated 25 percent of opening day sales to Mansfield Cares, whose purpose is to fill any needs that are not already being met by the many other charitable organizations in the Mansfield community. Mansfield Cares is the leading fundraiser for charitable organizations and programs within the Mansfield community.
