Simpson, Gatzke, Robinson from Fort Worth to receive architecture awards

The Texas Society of Architects is honoring three from Fort Worth with its 2014 Honor Award.

Receiving awards at the organization’s 75th Annual Convention and Design Expo in November in Houston will be Don Gatzke, dean of the University of Texas at Arlington’s school of architecture; Bob R. Simpson, former CEO at XTO Energy and currently head of MorningStar Partners and co-owner of the Texas Rangers; and Gaile Robinson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The three will also be featured in the November/December 2014 issue of Texas Architect magazine. From the organization’s website: • Don Gatzke, AIA
