Time Warner users, say bye-bye to ‘NCIS’, ‘Big Bang Theory’

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Three million Time Warner Cable customers in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas are losing the CBS channel, as the cable provider says it is dropping the network in a dispute over fees.

The nation’s second largest cable operator says that CBS refused to have productive discussions despite a monthlong extension of talks since a previous deal expired at the end of June.

CBS says it regrets Time Warner Cable’s decision, which it calls “ill-advised.”
