Fort Worth Water partners with Plummer Associates Inc. to conduct the facility-wide water assessments.
Plummer Associates surveys each facility and provides in-depth reports with personalized recommendations and water-use analysis for customers looking to upgrade their facilities while increasing their water savings.
Who qualifies for a free assessment?
- Industrial customers: Warehouses, shipping centers and manufacturing plants.
- Commercial customers: Apartment complexes, retirement and assisted living facilities, restaurants and retail stores.
- Institutional customers: Schools, colleges and universities.
- Churches and other worship centers.
Plummer Associates will assess all water-related equipment and fixtures in each facility. These include but are not exclusive to toilets and urinals; faucets and showerheads; washing machines and dishwashers; sinks; pools; boilers
What are the benefits? The SmartWater Assessment Program saves both you and the City money by reducing water and energy costs. It’s a win-win situation. Some properties will qualify for free high-efficiency toilets for their property, to be installed by the customer.
