🕐 1 min read

Tarleton State University will take a road trip to Arlington on Sept. 24 to showcase more than 90 bachelor’s and graduate degree programs and provide opportunities for students to apply to attend the university.

The second annual Tarleton on Tour is slated from 10 a.m. to noon at the Arlington Convention Center, 1200 Ballpark Way. The free event will have representatives from the university’s College of Graduate Studies and six undergraduate colleges: Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Education, Health Sciences and Human Services, Liberal and Fine Arts, and Science and Technology.

Attendees also will hear presentations on financial aid and the Texas Success Initiative. Academic advisers and Student Life representatives will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.

Application fees will be waived for the first 25 undergraduates and for all graduate-level candidates who apply during the event. Those planning to apply on the spot should bring test scores and official transcripts.

With locations in Stephenville, Fort Worth, Waco and Midlothian, as well as a Global Campus, Tarleton serves more than 13,000 students from across Texas and more than 22 foreign countries. Tarleton, a member of the Texas A&M University System, offers 65 accredited undergraduate and 27 graduate degrees, including a doctoral program in educational leadership.
