“He is regarded as one of the thought leaders in the water management industry, with high level strategic and lobbying experience to help us grow to the next level,” LaCrosse said.

Dale, hired as the firm’s executive director of solutions business development, has more than 15 years of technical water treatment and executive experience. Much of that time was spent leading teams and aligning technologies, as well as pursuing infrastructure solutions to enhance oil-water separations for recycling.

Dale served as general manager in the Canadian Oil Sands for GE Water and Process, as well as the executive leading Halliburton’s water solutions business. He also served as a registered lobbyist for sustainable development initiatives of water in the oil and gas industry and is known as an innovative thought leader in the upstream water industry.

Dale holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Stephen F. Austin State University and has completed executive business courses with GE, as well as IMD business schools in Switzerland.
