Lee Graham Reporter FTS International Inc. of Fort Worth has been named a finalist in the 2013 Southwest Oil & Gas Awards in Well Completion Company of the Year and Future Industry Leader categories. Nominated for the Future Industry Leader honor is Shawn Stroman, the company’s vice president of engineering. The Oil &0 Gas Awards promotes the positive contributions made by organizations operating in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry, according to the event’s organizers. Companies considered successful demonstrate commitment to health and safety, environmental stewardship and corporate social responsibility. Awards judges, including 52 leading industry executives, reviewed more than 400 entries from about 250 companies before choosing finalists in several categories. Winners will be announced Oct. 22 at the inaugural 2013 Southwest Oil & Gas Awards gala dinner at the Sheraton Hotel and Spa in Fort Worth.
