GreenHunter Resources Inc., a water resource, waste management and environmental services company based in Grapevine, has established a new wholly-owned hydrocarbons subsidiary, GreenHunter Hydrocarbons LLC.
The new business will further complement the company’s Total Fluids Management Solutions services provided to producers in the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays. GreenHunter Hydrocarbons will focus on the transportation, storage, processing and marketing of hydrocarbons (oil, condensate and NGLs) in the Appalachian region. Terry Clark has been hired as vice president of the new division. Clark has 17 years of experience managing hydrocarbons in the Appalachian Basin. –Betty Dillard bdillard@bizpress.net
