Holland Services opens Permian Basin office in Midland

  A. Lee Graham Reporter   Holland Services of Fort Worth has opened a new office in Midland to serve the Permian Basin. The new office is located at 1030 Andrews Highway, Suite 110.   The office will provide leasing, title, due diligence, curative, GIS/Mapping, asset marketing, and asset management. Managing the office will be West Texas native Bridget Tippen, with professionals from nearby communities staffing the facility.   The new location heralds the company’s eighth office nationwide.   “We have been working the Permian Basin for many years and now, with the increased demand for our services and the speed with which we are growing, it just made sense for us to put resources in place locally whereby we can better serve our clients in the area,” said founder and CEO Robert Gaudin.   The Midland staff will receive additional support from the company’s Fort Worth office, with management oversight handled by Bryan Gaudin, vice president and general manager.   Privately owned Holland Services helps oil and gas companies acquire, sell and develop land and mineral rights.
