Kenner named VP of FTS International unit

FTS International Inc. of Fort Worth has named Ken Kenner as its new vice president of organizational learning and development.

Having worked in the pressure pumping business for 40 years, Kenner has spent the last 24 years focusing on training and development.

“Ken will lead FTSI’s efforts to implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills of our people and keep us on the cutting edge of operational excellence and safety,” said president and Chief Operations Officer Coy Randle in a news release.

“Ken will play an integral part in FTSI’s continued growth as a leader in our industry. I look forward to the benefits his expertise and depth of experience will bring to our organization,” Randle said.

Kenner previously worked as director of global training for a major oilfield service provider, where he created and executed a employee development strategy. He also oversaw career advancement programs and competency for both technical and non-technical training worldwide.
