Purple Land Mgt. opens Denver office

Purple Land Management (PLM), headquartered in downtown Fort Worth, recently opened its latest office in downtown Denver, Colo. The new office, “PLM Rockies,” is the fourth satellite location opened by the company in its long-term expansion effort. The company’s other satellite offices are located in Canton, Ohio, and Canonsburg, Pa. PLM Rockies serves both regional and national oil and gas exploration companies, midstream operators, mobile service providers, engineering firms, state and municipal agencies, and banks and trust departments. Some of PLM’s services include: lease negotiation; right-of-way acquisition; project management; geospatial analysis and remote sensing; database consulting; document review; verification and administrative processes; and title review and curative efforts. PLM’s push into Denver will allow the company to further operations in the Bakken Shale, Niobrara Shale, Powder River Basin and Uinta Basin. These oil and gas development plays span Colorado, Utah, North Dakota, Wyoming and Montana. “We are excited to open our newest office in Denver’s busy downtown area, and we’re confident this expansion will bring added convenience to our new and existing clients in the region,” said Bryan Cortney, CEO and co-founder of PLM. Jesse Hejny, president and co-founder of PLM added, “Our mission at Purple is to provide services that go above and beyond our clients’ expectations, and our new Denver office gives us the ability to execute this mission on an even higher level.” PLM Rockies began operating on April 15 with five employees. Founded in 2010, Purple Land Management expects to open additional offices in the coming months.
