Armed Forces Insurance has agreed to a three-year sponsorship extension for the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl, renewing the insurer’s commitment to sponsor the Great American Patriot Award, the Armed Forces Adventure Area and the annual post-game concert through the 2016 season.
“Armed Forces Insurance has been an invaluable sponsor of our game, and we’re pleased to extend for three more years,” said Brant Ringler, executive director of the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl, commenting in a news release.
Armed Forces Insurance provides insurance for military personnel and their families, including coverage for automobiles, homes and floods.
The Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl has featured the “armed forces” theme since 2006. Past bowl games have included fan-fest adventure areas showcasing armed forces hardware; flyovers; demonstrations by several of the military’s top skydiving teams; and custom homes awarded to wounded warriors, among other attractions.
