Five differences at Texas Rangers’ new $1.2B stadium

Breaking ground 31 months ago, employing six million work hours and a price tag of $1.2 billion, construction on Texas Rangers’ new home is finally complete.

Globe Life Field, the new stadium in Arlington, can hold approximately 40,000 attendees.

HKS is the design architect for the project and Manhattan Construction Company is the Construction Manager.

The first event at Globe Life Field will feature Multiple Grammy, CMA and ACM Award-winner, Chris Stapleton performing in concert with special guests Willie Nelson & Family, Jamey Johnson and Yola on Saturday, March 14. The first baseball game will be a spring training contest between the Rangers and St. Louis Cardinals on Monday, March 23.
