Fort Worth firm to move on to national ADDY competition

Balcom's Dairy Discovery Zone exhibition for Dairy MAX took home a Gold ADDY at the district level and will move on to national competition. 

Members of the American Advertising Federation’s Fort Worth club brought home a total of 35 ADDY Awards from the District 10 competition, which honored work from more than 20 clubs in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

Balcom Agency won the most awards earned by any Fort Worth organization this year, one-third of the total awards presented to members of the AAF-Fort Worth club. With a Gold ADDY at the district awards, Balcom will move on to compete in the national competition, to be held in June.

Balcom was honored with a gold ADDY for its Dairy Discovery Zone exhibition for Dairy MAX and two silver and five bronze ADDYs for clients in multiple industries. Also bringing home gold ADDYs in the professional category were Bud Force Photography for Billy Bob’s Texas; JAG Productions for Hip Pocket Theater; and Fletcher Productions for RIDE TV.

Gold ADDYs in the student category went to University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Christian University.

In all, the AAF-Fort Worth Club won nine gold, 14 silver and 12 bronze ADDY awards.
