Bryan Floth has joined Burns & McDonnell in Texas to help grow the firm’s architecture capabilities and lead integrated design-build projects. Throughout his nearly three-decade career, Floth has partnered with clients to design and implement complex higher education, commercial, industrial, institutional and mission-critical facilities across the United States.

Robert Allen has rejoined Whitley Penn in the firm’s Fort Worth office as a managing director in the Forensic, Litigation and Valuation group. Allen previously worked at Whitley Penn from 2002 to 2008 in the same department.

Crescent Real Estate LLC has promoted Chris Hanrattie to senior vice president, investments for the real estate operating company and investment adviser.
Hanrattie is responsible for all hospitality acquisitions and investments on behalf of Crescent and has contributed on the deployment of the company’s GP Invitation Fund I (GPIF), which was launched in 2016. He led the acquisition of more than 1,675 keys and $500 million of investments, which included such iconic properties as Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas and The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa in Denver.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington.
