Police: Man orders dog to attack party guest during argument

BETHPAGE, N.Y. (AP) — A Long Island man is accused of ordering his dog to attack a party guest during an argument.

Nassau police say George Jordan-Gonzalez punched the victim twice in the face after the two got into an argument at his Bethpage home around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday.

They say when the 21-year-old victim tried to leave the other man released his pit bull on him.

Police say the victim stabbed the dog with a pocket knife as it dragged him around the house. When he tried calling 911, police say Jordan-Gonzalez grabbed the cellphone.
