Fort Worth – Experience adventure with Dora & Diego – Let’s Explore! opening at The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History on February 18. The enchanting exhibit allows children to role-play, solve problems and practice sharing and caring behaviors while immersed in the bilingual world of Dora and Diego. Children and families alike can explore with Dora the Explorer, her animal-loving cousin Diego and their many friends. Everyone will celebrate a successful day – “We did it! ¡Lo hicimos!”

The exhibit features a variety of interactive exercises designed to help children develop social and problem solving skills through active play, such as:

• Isa’s Flowery Garden – Dora’s friend Isa the Iguana demonstrates how to take care of flowers, plants and animals while interacting with birds, butterflies and insect puppets.

• The Pirate Ship – In the Pirate Ship, guests can join the Pirate Piggies crew, sail the ship and divvy up the treasure all while dressed as pirates. Guests can even raise and lower the Pirate Piggies’ flag and look through the telescopes to discover the treasure chest.

• Animal Rescue Center – Children can practice caring for rainforest animals in Diego’s Animal Rescue Center. Diagnose and address animals’ problems, then apply cold packs and bandages at the First-Aid Station.

• Rainforest Maze – Explore the rainforest to locate animals! Active play is encouraged as children swing across the Bobo Brothers’ monkey bars, crawl through a fallen tree and climb across Jaguar Mountain.

• And much more!
