Do you have a baby 11 months old or younger? Want to increase that bond between you and your little one?

If you’re free Saturday morning, July 15, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. you and your infant can partake in age-appropriate yoga at the Amon Carter as a part of their Itty-Bitty Art series. Registration for the program opened July 1 and can be done by calling (817) 989-5013 or emailing education@cartermuseum.org.

Baby yoga is free and both yoga mats and blocks will be provided.

According to the Carter’s facebook event, instructor Miranda Davis from PerfectFit leads the session to help participants relax and bond with their baby.

“Using artwork as inspiration, you will create a unique, playful, intimate, and joyful yoga practice. Enjoy deep breathing, simplistic yoga movement and postures, and plenty of time to relax and bond with your baby,” the website says.

A variety of Itty-Bitty Art series programs are offered monthly on the third Saturday.
