On his smart phone while approaching his 16th year of shining boots and shoes and other leather goods, Mid Cities-area resident Byron Cash makes the livestock show/rodeo circuit, including Houston, San Antonio and Fort Worth events. “They need some loving, too,” he said of clientele’s footwear.
