Hopdoddy Burger Bar will begin serving the Impossible Burger made with Impossible Foods’ plant-based burger on June 23. According to a news release, the burger will be available at 11 Hopdoddy locations in Dallas, Austin, Houston and San Antonio.

The Impossible Burger will use the Impossible Foods patty (which is entirely made out of plants), green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, Tillamook cheddar, white union, Hopdoddy’s signature “sassy sauce” and a brioche bun. The brioche bun can be switched to a whole wheat bun making the burger entirely plant-based. According to a news release this burger will cost $14 and will be paired with Saint Arnold Brewery’s 5 O’Clock Pils.

“We are proud to partner with a brand that aligns perfectly with the pillars that Hopdoddy was founded on: a unique and honest product made the right way, with the freshest and best available ingredients. These pillars allow us to serve the highest quality burger in terms of flavor, health and sustainability.

Impossible Burger exceeds our highest standards and makes a great addition to our menu and our brand — and we’re excited to share it with Texas’ Hopdoddy fanatics,” said the CEO of Hopdoddy Burger Bar Jeff Chandler in a news release.
