The Grapevine City Council has announced that THE TRADE GROUP will be relocating its global headquarters to Grapevine, and will be celebrating with a groundbreaking celebration scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 8, at 2060 Enchanted Way in Grapevine, a news release said.
“Our entire organization is excited about the move to Grapevine and the opportunity for growth it provides. We look forward to this new phase in our journey as we make Grapevine our new home for our global headquarters,” President and CEO Chris Stonesaid in the release. “The relocation to Grapevine will play an integral role in the company’s growth over the next several years.”
The release detailed that the new global headquarters is projected to be a two-story, 200,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, adding 80,000 square feet to their current one-level 120,000-square-foot facility. The new facility will be designed with the bottom level reserved for graphics production, fabrication, and warehouse space, and all offices placed on the top level.
The headquarters will also feature an on-site café and several casual meeting spaces.
“The City of Grapevine maintains a strategic focus on attracting, retaining and growing quality businesses in our community, and I am thrilled to add THE TRADE GROUP to our growing group of companies headquartered in Grapevine,” Grapevine Mayor William D. Tate said in the release.
The company has made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies for the past four years. Established in January 1986, THE TRADE GROUP, currently based in Carrollton, has grown to a staff of more than 150 and helped thousands of clients.
According to the release, the company provides event ideation, creation and production; esports expertise; exhibit design and fabrication; graphic design and production; strategic marketing solutions; technology integration and more.
“Innovation and imagination help define what makes Grapevine unique and we are proud to have another company that so strongly represents those values,” Grapevine economic development director Bob Farley said in the release.
