The Women’s Business Council – Southwest (WBCS) hosted a Women of Color Business Mixer in Oct. 29 at the Petroleum Club in Fort Worth.

More than 80 attendees gathered to network over light appetizers and drinks. A panel, comprised of women who have grown their businesses through women-owned certification, also held discussions on women entrepreneurship. 

WBCS is a non-profit organization that aims to connect women entrepreneurs with corporations and government agencies that are looking to work with diverse businesses by offering certification, educational resources and networking opportunities.
