Apple Opens Its New University Park Village Location

This past Saturday, Apple reopened Fort Worth store in University Park Village located at 1540 S University Drive, on the north side of University Park Village.

As the doors opened, there was a high level of excitement, as the nearly 150 customers were greeted by Apple team members as they entered the tunnel, with cheering, applauding and celebration. It was a buildup and a feel that Steve Jobs would be proud of.

Apple University Park Village originally opened its doors in 2008 and has been serving the community for 17 years. This Apple location is one of 17 stores across Texas, more than 250 in the US and over 500 globally. Apple University Park Village brought together team members from across Texas as part of the 130 strong team members, as they represented a true reflection of the community.

The store is designed to put the customers at the center of everything they do, and places where all are welcome. Customers can make a Genius Bar reservation for hands-on technical and hardware support. From setting up a device to recovering an Apple Account to replacing a screen, Genius Support has customers covered. As part of our commitment to accessibility, the store is centered around universal design principles and features tables and seating of varied heights for product discovery while still having plenty of space and accessible paths offering easy access routes and space for wheelchair users.
