DALLAS – Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has added a senior vice president to its ranks to kick off the New Year by expanding its Fort Worth team. Courtney Stanford, CCIM, most recently served as managing director of SVN Dunn Commercial, which she joined in 2017 to continue a family trade. She is the daughter of David R. Dunn, CCIM, SIOR, who’s opted to retire the franchise flag after a 19-year run and continue his 40-plus year career as an independent broker. “As I looked at my options, Bradford clearly stood out because of the opportunity it offered, particularly in the Fort Worth market,” Stanford says.
In recent years, Dallas-based Bradford has been growing the Fort Worth team, which is spearheaded by Todd Lambeth, executive vice president and managing partner. Stanford primarily will focus on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing industrial properties in the Mid-Cities and Fort Worth, concentrating on the southern and western sectors.
Stanford was instrumental in SVN Dunn’s production and strategic management. She has completed more than 60 deals with a combined value of $100 million, including the recent sale of 8.28 acres at 4115 S. Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie for a multifamily development. “My dad has mentored me in all facets of commercial real estate, including property management,” Stanford says. “I have seen firsthand the challenges involved in managing a commercial real estate brokerage firm. I am excited to be able to focus my efforts on production and do more deals.”
Stanford is co-founder and past president of Industrial Women in Real Estate’s North Texas chapter and active in the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, SIOR North Texas Chapter and Fort Worth Junior League. She earned a CCIM designation in 2019, serving as president of the North Texas chapter in 2024. Bradford is in the process of upsizing its Fort Worth office in First on 7th at 500 7th St. The full-service brokerage firm has climbed to 28 brokers, five of whom are based in Tarrant County.
