Aero Dynamix Inc. has re-upped 27,737 sf for its headquarters and manufacturing facility in Euless Industrial Park, where Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has simultaneously secured two early renewals with the project’s largest tenant.
The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of night-vision imaging solutions for civilian and military aircraft, occupying 12.2% of the nine-building portfolio. Aero Dynamix leases a 22,867-sf structure at 3277 W. Euless Blvd. and 4,870 sf at 2805 W. Euless Blvd. in Euless.
“Aero Dynamix is one of the park’s oldest tenants. These are long-term renewals that were signed within 45 days,” says Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford. He and Jason Finch, senior vice president, represented the landlord, Euless Industrial LLC.
Aero Dynamix employs about 100 night-vision professionals at the Euless facility, a certified FAA/EASA avionics repair station with high-technology manufacturing equipment. The company’s services include modification and repair for 40-plus models of aircraft, with the team holding more than 30 night-vision certifications for thousands of products.
The 95%-leased Euless Industrial Park, totaling 227,319 sf, is set on six tracts of land within a one-mile radius. The sites are close to multiple freeways, building in access to north, east, south and west transport and airports region-wide.
“The quick signing is a credit to the park’s location, ownership quality and the tenant’s customized industry-certified space, which would be difficult to replicate elsewhere,” Spain says.
