Experienced executive leader joins CCFW’s Client Services team to strengthen leadership, alignment, and outcomes for families across North Texas
FORT WORTH, Texas – Catholic Charities Fort Worth (CCFW) is pleased to announce that Paul Boyd has joined the organization as Client Services Integrator, bringing more than two decades of experience helping organizations align people, strategy, culture, and execution to achieve transformational results.
As Client Services Integrator, Boyd will work closely with leaders and teams to strengthen collaboration, support strategic priorities, and help maximize impact for the individuals and families Catholic Charities Fort Worth serves.
Boyd has spent his career helping organizations navigate growth, strengthen leadership teams, and drive organizational transformation. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Integrator for All American Tire Recyclers, where he helped lead operational improvements and support the company’s successful acquisition. Prior to that, he co-founded and served as CEO of Force Scaling, working with organizations across the country to improve leadership effectiveness and strategic execution.
Boyd is also no stranger to CCFW. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Integrator for Catholic Charities Fort Worth from 2016 to 2019, helping guide strategic growth and operational excellence across the agency.

Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations from DeVry University and has served in numerous community leadership roles throughout North Texas.
