Clayton Youth Enrichment Welcomes Kevin Hood, Ed.D. as Director of Programs

Clayton Youth Enrichment is pleased to announce that Kevin Hood, Ed.D. has joined the organization as the new Director of Programs.

Dr. Hood is an accomplished public-school leader with more than 25 years of experience in campus and district administration. He most recently served as Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Administration for Keller ISD, where he provided leadership to 23 elementary schools and oversaw districtwide initiatives including the Leadership Development Academy and The Big Event.

His background includes serving as a principal, executive director, and area superintendent, with expertise in professional development, organizational improvement, and building collaborative partnerships that advance student success. Dr. Hood holds a Doctor of Education from Dallas Baptist University, where his research examined the effects of behavior support initiatives in elementary schools.
