Fort Worth, TX – Dominus Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of 1434 N Main Street in Fort Worth for Northside Socios LLC. The buyer, Alan Sanchez of Alan’s Lids, plans to transform the property into an experiential retail concept.
The approximately 5,000-square-foot, two-story building is located along North Main Street, just south of the Fort Worth Stockyards. Originally marketed for lease, the property ultimately attracted a full-building purchase offer, highlighting continued demand for well-positioned retail assets in the Northside submarket.
Casey Borgers of Dominus Commercial represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Ben Brown and Daniel Shelley of Lancarte Commercial.
Alan’s Lids, known for custom cowboy hats and a growing online following, plans to redevelop the property into a destination-style retail space focused on an interactive, in-person customer experience. The concept aligns with a broader shift toward experiential retail, where physical spaces are increasingly designed to offer more engaging, customer-driven experiences.
Positioned as a gateway to Fort Worth’s Northside, the property benefits from more than 23,000 vehicles passing daily and proximity to one of the city’s most active tourism and retail districts.
“This property generated strong interest due to its location and flexibility, but the buyer’s vision really set this deal apart,” said Borgers. “There’s strong demand across DFW for well-located retail properties, especially those that can support experiential concepts, and this project is a great example of that trend.”
The transaction underscores ongoing activity along the North Main corridor, where locally driven and experience-focused retail concepts are contributing to the area’s continued growth.
