Fort Worth’s Newest Affordable Luxury Apartment Community Offers Million-Dollar Views of Trinity River and Downtown Skyline, Opens in River East Neighborhood

Overland Property Group announced today the official unveiling of a concept that bridges the gap between low-to-moderate-income households and luxury living in Fort Worth – Clifton Riverside at 2406 E. Belknap Street. This 94-unit apartment community aims to reimagine the future of affordable housing with its 10-minute proximity to Fort Worth’s Central Business District, as well as downtown’s vibrant retail and dining scene. Located at the gateway to the burgeoning River East neighborhood, the four-story, elevator-serviced building sits on 2.26 acres, offering scenic views of Fort Worth’s downtown skyline and Trinity River, as well as outdoor courtyards, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a media center, a clubroom, and on-site parking (included in rent prices). The official opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for Clifton Riverside will take place on March 27 at 9:30 a.m., featuring remarks from Overland Property Group, city stakeholders, investor partners, and project leadership. 

The collective effort to realize the vision for Clifton Riverside began in early 2021 when Overland Property Group, LLC, and Across Clifton, LLC, saw an opportunity in its riverfront location, previously inhabited by structures that fell short of its potential. In 2023, the City of Fort Worth joined as a partner, offering the loan proceeds and voucher units necessary to bring the luxury riverfront community to life. With the contributions of architect Jones Gillam Renz, Collective Design, ARCO National Construction, Crossroads Housing Development Corporation, Accolade Property Management, Overland Property Group and the City of Fort Worth achieved their goal of creating homes that make million-dollar skyline views accessible to low-to-moderate-income households.
