WHAT: Goodwill North Central Texas will celebrate the grand opening of its new Arlington – Little Road retail store with a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m., followed by music from a live DJ, as well as free hot dogs and Kona Ice from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is open to the public and offers a fun, family-friendly atmosphere to welcome the community to the organization’s newest retail location. As with all Goodwill locations, revenue from the sale of donated goods will help fund Goodwill’s free education, job training and employment programs, which serve individuals with disabilities, veterans, at-risk youth, the formerly incarcerated and those experiencing homelessness across North Central Texas.
