With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Judi Lynn Archer has built a career centered on strategic client management, communication, and engagement. Since joining Higginbotham in December 2023, she has served as Financial Services Vice President, helping clients anticipate industry trends and make informed decisions for long-term success.

A Columbia University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and a Social Media Certification, Judi combines her expertise in marketing, business development, and production to revolutionize workforce engagement. By leading teams of designers, writers, and strategists, she crafts dynamic communication campaigns that strengthen employer-employee relationships, drive retention, and foster a culture of alignment within organizations. Her ability to merge traditional communication methods with emerging technologies has allowed her to effectively engage multi-generational audiences with complex yet essential information. She counts among her professional success stories, helping to change the trajectory of Higginbotham’s marketing, branding, business development and communication goals.

Beyond her professional achievements, Judi is deeply committed to community service. She has played an active role in the Sunshine Committee, welcoming new families into the community; the Hugo Marine Detachment, supporting children and veterans; and the Garden Club, which focuses on growing food for families and preserving bee populations. Her leadership extends to past roles as Executive Sponsor for Employee Engagement (2015-2022), Co-chair for Leadership Denton, and Vice President Alum for LCGSL (Lake Cities Girls’ Softball League). At the heart of her personal achievements are her two children, Isabelle and Giovanni.

Judi’s passion for people is evident not only in her work but also in her personal life. A world traveler, art collector, and dedicated dog rescuer, she has rehomed eight dogs and has a love for Italian cooking. She believes that creativity and collaboration are at the heart of both professional and personal success.
