Hatfield Advisors, a Fort Worth commercial real estate

feet across the Near Southside and surrounding Tarrant County submarkets.
The transactions span restaurant, medical office, industrial, and retail product, reinforcing the
firm’s range across asset types in one of Texas’s fastest-growing urban cores.
The deals
- Murray’s Irish Pub, 1001 S. Main St. (4,205 SF): Bailey Floyd represented the landlord in
a long-term lease bringing the Austin-based Kelly’s Irish Pub concept to South Main. - North Texas Medical Solutions, 1512 8th Ave. (3,150 SF): Bailey Floyd sourced the
tenant and represented the landlord on a long-term lease in Fort Worth’s Hospital District. - Advantage Mechanical Supply, 2410 Minnis Dr. (7,560 SF): Bailey Floyd represented
the tenant in a long-term industrial lease. - Atelier Society, 1306 May St. (1,677 SF): Bailey Floyd represented the landlord and
sourced the tenant for the lease in the Magnolia corridor. - Austin Industries, 916 Bryan Ave. (6,394 SF): Dak Hatfield and Bailey Floyd brokered
the lease.
