Emerus is pleased to announce the addition of Brett Kinman to the organization as Market CEO for the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Kinman brings more than 25 years of extensive hospital and healthcare administration experience to this leadership role. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Arkansas. He tenure extended from May 2022 until July 2025.
Earlier in his career, Kinman held key leadership roles at several hospitals in both Arkansas and Texas. His experience includes serving as administrator of CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Marshall, Texas, and CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital in Atlanta, Texas. He has also held executive roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Tomball Regional Medical Center and CEO at Forrest City Medical Center.
Kinman is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He later earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kinman and his wife, Leslie, are the proud parents of a daughter, Mackenzie. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports and spending time with family.
