To support its global customer base, Italy-based ATLIX will open a U.S. headquarters and distribution center in a class A industrial project near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. ATLIX is a primary supplier of industrial metal 3D printers, which are manufactured in Italy and distributed worldwide. The company has inked a long-term lease for 17,180 sf of shell space at 1825 Mustang Court in Southlake.
” ATLIX ‘s executives chose Dallas/Fort Worth for its U.S. headquarters because they wanted to be in an easily accessible international city. They will be hosting clients from all over the world at this site,” says Shane Benner, first vice president in the Fort Worth office of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. He represented the tenant. The company’s new base of operations will include a 4,300-sf office, demonstration space, storage area and distribution center. The highly specialized 3D printers will continue to be manufactured in Italy.
ATLIX is the rebranded name of the former Trumpf additive manufacturing division following a sale in July 2025 to a private equity fund. The company is recognized for its precision engineering of 3D printers and touts its ties to Italy’s manufacturing flexibility and global ambitions, as noted on its website.
“Mustang Court checked all the boxes in the best way for ATLIX ‘s executives. It was important to them to find an upscale location near DFW Airport,” Benner says. Mustang Court, totaling 335,401 sf in three buildings, is located less than six miles from the airport, which handles more than 1,800 arrivals and departures per day. ATLIX ‘s U.S. hub will be readily accessible to three freeways and carries the perk of a Triple Freeport Tax Exemption.
