Paul brings decades of private-sector accomplishments and Club experience to leadership role
Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County (BGCGTC) welcomed Jeffrey Paul as its new board chairman for 2025. Paul has 27 years of experience in financial and professional services leadership roles and has been a BGCGTC board member since 2018.
Paul currently serves as managing director for Deloitte & Touche, one of the largest international accounting and consulting firms, in Fort Worth. He joined the firm in 2001 and is responsible for strategic relationship management, business development, and new product development within the banking and transactional payments arena. That includes addressing enterprise management, sales, IT strategy, acquisition integration, and risk management concerns for clients across a range of industries and geographic locations.
Paul has served as a BGCGTC board member for more than six years. During that time, he has helped lead the organization through innovative growth that included confronting the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. BGCGTC CEO and president Daphne Barlow Stigliano said his blend of business acumen and familiarity with BGCGTC makes him an ideal board leader.
“Jeff has a deep understanding of our mission to enable young people to become productive, caring, responsible citizens,” Stigliano said. “His leadership experience in the private sector will be invaluable in helping us continue to grow and serve the needs of young people in our community.”
Paul is also a board member for the United Way of Greater Tarrant County, and a committee member for the Charles Schwab Challenge golf tournament, held each year at Fort Worth’s Colonial Country Club. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, and studied at the University of Oklahoma and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
