Duckert brings more than two decades experience to role
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, Sept. 28, 2026 – Texas Health Resources today announced that Jon Duckert will be the new president of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake* effective Oct. 1.
Duckert brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to his new role, including more than 13 years leading joint venture hospitals and surgery centers within United Surgical Partners International (USPI), where he served as both hospital CEO and chief financial officer. He also was CEO at two Baylor Scott & White Medical Center campuses, in Uptown and Sunnyvale, both joint ventures between Baylor Scott & White Health and USPI, as well as CFO of Houston Physicians’ Hospital, a joint venture between USPI and Memorial Hermann Health System.
Duckert earned a Master of Science in healthcare administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
