With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Brittany specializes in retail leasing, investment sales, and
landlord representation. Her expertise in market strategy, tenant trends, and deal structure, particularly within the retail,
restaurant, and entertainment sectors, has made her a valuable resource for LanCarte’s clients.
Prior to joining LanCarte Commercial, Brittany owned and operated her own brokerage firm, bringing an entrepreneurial
perspective and hands-on approach to every transaction. She is known for strategic outreach, proactive marketing, and building
long-term relationships with owners and national retail brands.
Throughout her career, Brittany has helped clients maximize value through thoughtful tenant strategies, repositioning
underperforming assets, and creative solutions that drive occupancy and investment returns. Her promotion to Senior Vice
President recognizes her leadership, industry insight, and continued contributions to the firm’s success. As Retail Team Lead, she
will continue strengthening LanCarte’s retail platform while guiding clients through strategic real estate decisions.
