Law Firm Melone Hatley, P.C., Selects Citadel Partners to Lead National Office Leasing Strategy

Corporate real estate advisory firm Citadel Partners is leading the national office leasing strategy for Melone Hatley, P.C., as the law firm continues to expand its footprint across the United States. Serving as the firm’s real estate advisor, Citadel Partners recently completed three leases across the Southern United States in South Carolina, Florida and South Texas.

Citadel Partners Associate Advisor Wiley Green and Senior Advisor Katherine Pool recently completed the new office leases for Melone Hatley in Columbia, South Carolina; Laredo, Texas; and Tampa, Florida. Each transaction reflects a tailored approach to the firm’s partnership structure and practice needs, balancing professional presence with adaptable space solutions to support continued growth, Green said.

The leases total around 10,000 square feet. The recently completed leases include:

·       2805 Millwood Ave., Columbia, South Carolina: A  garden-style office space, located near several established law firms, strengthens Melone Hatley’s visibility within the local legal community while offering a welcoming, client-focused environment.

·       5401 West Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, Florida: An executive office at The Lincoln Center offers a flexible entry into the Tampa market. The lease allows the firm to exit a restrictive prior arrangement while positioning the office for future expansion as demand grows.  

·       107 de Norte, Laredo, Texas: An executive satellite office supports a San Antonio-based attorney handling cases in the Laredo market. Designed for efficiency, the space provides an on-demand solution tailored to the firm’s case-driven needs.

·       Previous leases that Green and Pool handled for Melone Hatley include spaces in Fort Worth, Texas; San Antonio, Texas; Newport News, Virginia; and Reston, Virginia.
