Geneva, August 10, 2026 – Alcon (SIX/NYSE:ALC), the global leader in eye care, reported its financial
results for the three and six month periods ending June 30, 2026. For the second quarter of 2026, sales
were $2.8 billion, up 8% on a reported basis and up 7% on a constant currency basis1, as compared to
the same quarter of the previous year. Alcon reported diluted earnings per share of $0.00 and core
diluted earnings per share2 of $0.84 in the second quarter of 2026.
