FORT WORTH, Texas —NextHome NTX Real Estate today presented a check for $9,081 to Canine Companions, the proceeds of the company’s annual Luke Day fundraiser held at WineHaus in Fort Worth. The milestone brings the real estate company’s total giving to Canine Companions to nearly $30,000 since the event began.
Luke Day is NextHome NTX Real Estate’s signature event, bringing together clients, community members, families and business partners for an evening of giving back. This year’s celebration featured a silent auction, business and community sponsorships, and a wine pull, with all proceeds benefiting Canine Companions and its mission of providing expertly trained service dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities, free of charge. “Luke Day has become one of the highlights of our year, and it’s a reminder of what our community can do when it comes together for a cause we all believe in,” said Graham Stiles, NextHome NTX Real Estate broker/owner. “Reaching nearly $30,000 in total giving to Canine Companions wouldn’t be possible without our sponsors, clients and neighbors who show up year after year.”
