20 percent of Tarrant County proceeds benefit Fort Worth-based nonprofit Lena Pope

FORT WORTH, Texas (July 15, 2025) – Thirty-seven (37) of Tarrant County’s top restaurants are gearing up for the 29th annual DFW Restaurant Week, set to begin with Preview Weekend from July 31-August 3, 2025. Following Preview Weekend, the month-long dining extravaganza officially kicks off on August 4 and will run through August 31. Renowned as North Texas’ largest annual culinary event and the nation’s second longest-running restaurant week, this highly anticipated event delivers both flavor and philanthropy.

Participating restaurants are offering three-course prix fixe dinner menus for $49 or $59, with some also featuring two-course lunch or brunch menus for $29. This year, 20% of every meal purchased at participating Tarrant County restaurants will directly benefit Lena Pope, the 95-year-old Fort Worth nonprofit dedicated to strengthening children and families through counseling, education, and behavioral health programs.

“The partnership between our community, local restaurants, and Lena Pope during DFW Restaurant Week is truly inspiring,” said Ashley Barnes, Ph.D., CEO of Lena Pope. “Every reservation made not only treats our guests to exceptional dining, but also supports local children and families in accessing the vital tools they need to thrive.”
