The new Serotonin Centers in Mansfield is locally owned by longtime friends Dr. Shane Seroyer and Dr. Jesse Even. Dr. Seroyer is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in joint replacement surgery and serves as an assistant team physician for the Texas Rangers. About six years ago, Dr. Seroyer discovered he carried genetic markers that put him at a higher risk for Alzheimer’s disease. That revelation sparked a personal journey to explore the science behind longevity and lifestyle modifications that could help reduce his risk of cognitive decline.
As he dove deeper, he was struck by how much valuable information existed that most people simply weren’t aware of. As a physician, Dr. Seroyer has always found fulfillment in educating and empowering patients, and he realized he wanted to share what he was learning on a broader scale. That search led him to Serotonin Centers, which he felt offered the most comprehensive approach to long-term physical health and emotional well-being.
Dr. Jesse Even is a board-certified orthopedic and spine surgeon who currently serves as the head team physician for the Texas Rangers and assistant team physician for the Dallas Stars. His path to orthopedics began after experiencing a serious back injury in high school, which sparked his passion for helping others overcome physical setbacks. Dr. Even was introduced to Serotonin Centers through Dr. Seroyer and was deeply inspired by his friend’s personal health journey. Witnessing Dr. Seroyer’s commitment to longevity, preventive care, and overall wellness motivated Dr. Even to join the mission and bring Serotonin’s comprehensive approach to health optimization to the Mansfield community.
