Fort Worth, TX – Southern Botanical, one of North Texas’s leading landscape firms, has officially expanded into Fort Worth with the opening of a new branch that will support continued company growth and enhance service capabilities across the region.
Founded in 1989, Southern Botanical began when founder and CEO Jason Craven started mowing lawns at age 12 to earn money for a bicycle. What started as a neighborhood lawn service has since grown into a company of more than 300 team members, known for setting The Green Standard in landscape excellence throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The new Fort Worth branch will focus on commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement services, as well as tree care services for both commercial and residential clients. This strategic move supports Southern Botanical’s expanding commercial and tree care divisions, reinforcing the company’s reputation for delivering quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship at every level.
In addition to expanding its service area, Southern Botanical’s Fort Worth branch will create new career opportunities ranging from landscape crew members, arborists, and tree climbers to branch administrators and operations staff.

The company will celebrate its Fort Worth expansion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce on November 13, 2025, attended by company leaders, employees, and community partners.
